Return and Withdrawal Information

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them, receive the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Renewee within this 14-day period by sending an email to info@reneweu.com. The customer should include their name, order number, and a clear statement that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying Renewee of the withdrawal, the customer must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless otherwise stated by Renewee or unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the order.

The product must be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. The customer may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. The customer may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

After a valid withdrawal, Renewee will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs paid by the customer for the original shipment, subject to applicable law.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.

Renewee may wait with the refund until the returned product has been received or the customer has provided evidence that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.
