Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to send anything back, for any reason, in line with the statutory EU right of withdrawal. Return shipping is on us.
How to return
- 1. Open your order and choose "Return this device", then pick a reason.
- 2. Print the prepaid label we email you, or show the QR code at a parcel shop.
- 3. Back up and sign out of your accounts, then pack the device with its accessories.
- 4. Drop it off. Tracking updates appear in your account automatically.
Refunds
- · Refunds are issued in EUR to the original payment method.
- · We refund within 5 working days of the device arriving back — usually faster.
- · The original standard delivery cost is refunded in full for withdrawals within 14 days.
- · Trade-in credit is refunded as trade-in credit, or paid out on request.
Faulty device?
After 14 days, a fault is handled under the free 1-year warranty and your 2-year EU legal conformity rights — repair, replacement or refund, always with free shipping both ways.
