Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to buy and sell renewed tech, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our standard

This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA and follows harmonised standard EN 301 549, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), applicable since 28 June 2025.

What we do

• · Semantic headings, landmarks and visible focus states on every interactive element.
• · Full keyboard operation, including the country and language picker and the cart.
• · Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and layouts that reflow at 400% zoom.
• · Alt text on product and editorial imagery; no information carried by colour alone.
• · Forms with real labels, clear error messages and no time limits at checkout.

Known limitations

• · Some older editorial articles contain PDFs that are not fully tagged.
• · A few third-party seller images lack descriptive alt text; we are auditing these.

Email info@reneweu.com or use the contact form. We respond within 5 working days and aim to fix confirmed issues within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the enforcement body in your EU member state.
