What happens next

We confirm receipt of your notice by email without undue delay.
Our team assesses the content, in a diligent, non-arbitrary and objective way.
If the content is illegal we remove or disable it, inform the seller, and give both sides a statement of reasons.
You may appeal through our internal complaint-handling system for 6 months, or refer the case to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or your national Digital Services Coordinator.
