Don't Sell or Share My Personal Information

European customers already benefit from the GDPR, which is stricter than 'do not sell' laws. We never sell your personal data. This page explains how to object to sharing for advertising and how to exercise your rights.
1. We do not sell personal data
Reneweu does not sell personal data for money, in the EU/EEA, the UK or anywhere else. We do not transfer customer lists to data brokers.
2. Sharing for advertising
With your consent, limited pseudonymised identifiers may be shared with advertising partners to measure campaigns. This is consent-based under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior processing.
Withdraw by selecting 'Reject all' in cookie settings, or email info@reneweu.com.
3. Object to processing
Under Article 21 GDPR you may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, including profiling. Where you object to direct marketing, we stop immediately and unconditionally.
4. Your other rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal effect (Articles 15-22 GDPR).
We respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
5. How to submit a request
Email info@reneweu.com from the address on your account, or write to the Data Protection Officer, Reneweu B.V., Keizersgracht 100, 1015 CS Amsterdam, Netherlands.
We may ask for proportionate proof of identity before acting on a request.
6. UK and non-EU residents
UK customers have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR. Residents of jurisdictions with 'do not sell or share' laws may use the same contact details; we apply the GDPR standard to everyone.
