The 25-point inspection

1. Step 1

   Full diagnostic

   Every function tested: screen, cameras, speakers, ports, sensors, buttons.

2. Step 2

   Battery check

   Batteries must hold at least 85% of original capacity, or they're replaced.

3. Step 3

   Data wipe

   Certified erase of all previous data and account locks removed.

4. Step 4

   Parts replacement

   Faulty components swapped with quality-checked parts.

5. Step 5

   Cosmetic grading

   Graded Fair, Good or Excellent against a photographed reference.

6. Step 6

   Final QC & packing

   Second technician signs off, then it ships with cable and adapter.

Every device includes a 1-year warranty covering hardware faults, plus 14 days to return it for any reason at all. Repairs and replacement shipping are on us.
